Esfinge
A race that have proven to be controversial than the mutations Rex and those that produce doubled and curly ears are those of the Esfinge without hair.
Their enthusiastic criadores have faced the opposition of those who aesthetically finds it disagreeable or that they consider the young of an animal incorrect that thinks, is at a disadvantage by the lack of insulating coat. The Esfinge cats do not have isolation that protects of the cold or heat.

A mutation that produces lack of hair has appeared in other occasions.
Native of America they presented/displayed a pair of Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1902, a pair of cats without hairs affirming that they were the last survivors of an Aztec race. The modern Esfinge, nevertheless, descends from a cat born in Ontario, Canada, in 1966. It has an unusual appearance of foreign type although not of the Eastern family, and with a head somewhat similar to the one of duendecillo. Frequently it has a smooth and almost invisible hair on the body, but the lack of normal coat means that nor it can tolerate ends of temperature and it must be kept in the sufficiently lukewarm environs. Often one feels with his together back legs to avoid that its body touches the ground. The body feels warms up and sticky to the tact.
Body: Great, strong and muscular with a similar chest to a barrel and a long and fine neck, the long and narrower tail towards the end; the long and thin legs with delicate made oval claws.
Head: Longer than slightly wide, with a space for moustaches and a change of angle in the contour; great ears.
Eyes: Great and round, the outer corners a little above than the interiors.
Coat: With hair absence; there is a cover of smooth hair that is perceived only in the ears, snout, tail and the testicles of the male. The skin must be smooth and without you fold, except in the head.
Color: Any color is accepted.
